Game refund

Discus and support Game refund in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have asked for a refund of NBA 2K16, And the refund has been processed on Microsoft's end but my when we check my end the refund hasn't fully came...     I have asked for a refund of NBA 2K16, And the refund has been processed on Microsoft's end but my when we check my end the refund hasn't fully came through. The game is no longer playable for me but I didn't receive my money back.

    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
    I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
    down to only $48.99 each.

    Go here xbox.com/refund, sign in with the account that was used to get the game, and it should show if a refund is available for that game. If refund is available then select and start
    the refund process.

    Try logging in with the account that purchased the game on here xbox.com/refund, and you will find a list of games or apps that are eligible for a refund, just select the game, and start the refund process.

    The only way is to get a refund for the game here xbox.com/refund, then purchase the game as a gift.

    hahah same problem here , i refunded a game and its approved with no email saying thats its refunded and also the game is still playable now even with the refund it approved , but my guess here is the refund system is bugged 100% because the refund isn't going through , the status of the game is "completed" on microsoft order history instead of "refunded" , so yeah xD
