    Hi, I bought a new xbox yesterday and am trying to re-download the games i had on my old one(some of which have been bought on the microsoft store). I was wondering if there was a way to get a refund or to get the game onto my new console?

    Hi ChacaLissm,

    You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request

    Unfortunately you can't transfer a streaming game to Xbox but you can ask for a refund on steam

    Unfortunately purchases cant be transferred between accounts.

    I would suggest trying to get a refund, but I dont think you can get refunds for in game currency.

    no refunds on downloaded content or games and games cannot be transferred to another account, short version you bought it, you own it.

    Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer the game from your account to the other.

    In this case, you may need to request a refund at xbox.com/refunds and if it's not listed yet you may manually request a refund by filling out the refund form here: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund so you can repurchase the game as a gift.
