Game refund rejected

been trying to get a refund for a game for nearly a week, it wasn't what was advertised beforehand and certain things around accessibility and ganeplay aren't good enough. Refund was rejected as I had played the game, well duh, how else was I going to find
out that the game doesn't sit right?

Where do I stand, MS and Xbox are, from what I can see, the only digital game distributor with such ridiculous criteria for a refund. Do I need to take this further outside of Microsoft and Xbox or can it be sensibly resolved here.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do at this forum. When doing a purchase at the store, you agree to the terms of sale and only support can handle any refunds.
