Game "ready" at 25% download?

While downloading, some games will have a prompt come up on the screen, saying that they are ready to launch. However, when I go to my games, it says its only 25% completed. Then, when I start the game up, it takes me just past the title screen. After that,
I get to sit and wait for the installation process to finish. Why doesn't it just wait until the download is finished to tell me that it is ready?

You cant display 1080p on hd ready tv's, let alone 4.5 year old 25in, they dont make 25 in.

No, you cannot do that with the Xbox One, at least as the licensing model is currently known.

If loaning games to 25 people at once is a requirement for you, then the Xbox One would probably not be a good choice. There are several alternatives.

 

That's a new feature with the Xbox One. Some games can start up and play to a certain point while still downloading. This is so you can get in to the action right away.

Unfortunately some other games are so large that this feature doesn't really work as well as it should. It's best to wait until it's around 40-50% before starting it up.
