Game Randomly switched

So I was playing some Forza Horizon and randomly when playing the game switched to the disk drive game I was pretty mad so I turned off my console later on my Xbox turned on by itself and it made the noise when there's no disc inside but there was a disc
inside and then the disc popped out randomly is this a glitch or should I be worried about something.

ok, i used to get random switching with kinect enabled as it picks up random sounds. not sure why then.

Its still doing it too even when off

This is happening to a few of us on reddit. Its switching between youtube and other apps from gaming when the console randomly shuts down. Booting back up everything is fine but then it will randomly do it again when switching apps. Its something on microsofts
end it seems.

It worked, I switched off security and I got connected but after 5 mins I get disconnected randomly ...
