Game randomly removed from account

• May I ask what you mean when you say the game has been removed from your account? are you unable to install it?

• Have you checked if the purchase for this game is showing as "completed" in your order history? you can use this link to get there: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Note: please make sure to select "All available" and "All categories" from the two drop-down menus at the top of your order history.

I'm having the same problem ,I bought a new Xbox and recovers my account with all my information and it randomly gives me a new account and removed my account from my Microsoft account

We have 3 controllers (wireless) and we use them randomly on the accounts. Only on one account all controllers are not working 100%. And we have this problem on multiple games . All other accounts are working as it should.

I think I'll give it a try with removing the account on the console it self but we're bit afraid that we also remove then all (user)data from the games with it or is that saved somewhere else?

I tried a complete Xbox reset, removing everything from it, and it’s still randomly disconnecting

Thats happening to me also.
