    Hello everyone, I just started having a problem with a game on my xbox one that has never happened before, when I put my wwe 2k17 game in and choose to sync my game data to the cloud, it comes up saying we couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now
    and it says to try again and I have done this over and over, if anyone could help me I would be very greatfull. Thank you in advance

    Everything earned and all of the gameplay is under that Epic username and email assigned to that current account. One would have to sign into his new Xbox with the email assigned to that account in order to be able to use that account on the new Xbox.
