Game purchased on preview console doesn't show up on my other console

Hi,

Last night I purchased Divine Divinity: Original Sin through the Games With Gold discount program using my preview console. This purchase is not showing up on my other (non preview) Xbox. The game seems to load up fine on my preview console, but on the
other it's as if I never purchased it. Already chatted with Xbox tech support and rhey recommended I post my issue here and get a resolution from the preview team. Thanks.

Purchased game unable to download on home console

Hi, is the Xbox you originally purchased the game on a part of the latest preview update and the other Xbox isn't ?

There is a known issue regarding this situation.

• Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…

• Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

• Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

• Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.

 

Inside won't let me download again

I'm having the same issue but with just cause 3 and dying light

 

It's a known issue with the preview program right now. You won't be able to use thise purchases on any other console until the current update is released to the public.

 

Well, that's kind of a bummer.
