Game purchased from the store has stopped working

hey, I just wondered if anyone has got the same problem I'm having and also if anyone knows how to fix it?!

My cod ww2 has just randomly stopped working, I bought it from the store last week and played it fine right until today, I go to load it up and it says "if you have a game disc please insert it now, if you purchased this online make sure you are signed in
to xbox live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get them from Microsoft store. Error (0x803f8001)

Kinda sucks but I'm guessing I'm not the only one this has happened to?

Fallout 4 problems since last update to console.

My Fallout 4 game has stopped working, it was downloaded from my account on Xbox One from the store, can enybody give advice to why? And could someone tell me why this game has gone from 35GB to 28GB. The game now keeps freezing and is unresponsive.

Microsoft Jigsaw Problems

What has happened to my Jigsaw game? It stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I uninstalled it and re-installed it from the Store but it still doesn't work. I get a message stating that the app doesn't work. I also get a message about the store and
settings but it goes off the screen so quickly that I can't read it. And I can't find settings in the store.

How do I get my jigsaw working again?

No the retailer you purchased it from has to activate it. This stops anybody pinching a card and saying the store didn't activate it.

The store will not take the device back it has been pass 15 day from purchase. I thought it was 30 but only 15 days for new devices. I have had the controller for 18 days before the buttons stopped working.

"Typically one has 30 days to return an item, regardless of reason. The warranty not being correct is a pretty good reason.'

Again I have worked for many stores, we would not accept a return for that reason.

As for the date on Barso's warranty being different.. Did someone buy it and return it for any reason? Was this a resale at a game store?

It is from the ORIGINAL date of purchase. So if someone bought it, then sold it to game stop, the warranty started with the first person.
