    Game purchased but still not showing in the purchase history.


    Last month I purchased an Xbox Live Gold membership for 3 months. During that month two free games were available :
    Forza Horizon and The Mirror's Edge , and I purchased them both. But the problem is ,at that time my 360's storage was full so a prompt came stating that I cannot download it due storage shortage but in the the future I won't
    be charged again. But today when I checked my download history and purchase history, it was not there ,even in the store there was not any option of 'Download again'. Will someone help me or should I think that I have totally wasted my money.

    Not sure what you mean by license transfer. Under my purchase history I did just find a way to add the games I've purchased to my download queue on my Xbox, but for some reason not all the games I've purchased are showing up on my purchase history. The only
    games showing up on my purchase history are N+, Boom Boom Rocket, Geoetry Wars, Aegis Wing and Tetris Splash. However there should be several other games there, Castlevanyia and Uno among them. It can even be seen on my profile they I've played the full version
    of these games.

    Just to add - I had a chat user who purchased the packs but was not able to have them download. He cleared the cache and I had them go to
    live.xbox.com/.../History but the purchases were not showing up.

    Should these purchases show up in their history of purchases?

    If you're 100% sure you purchased them with that account and they're not showing in your download history, you will need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    I checked that it is purchased on the correct account and it is showing in my purchase history. I then did the power cycle and still now showing up in game

    You may want to check your purchase history at account.microsoft.com and make sure the purchase still shows as completed and not as anything else.

    If it is showing as refunded or anything other then complete then you would need to purchase the game.

    If you haven't already, check the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps to see if it shows there. Make sure you're signed into the account that purchased it.

    If you still don't see it, you'll want to check your purchase history to make sure the purchase did go through. If it doesn't show in your purchase history, then it would have been
    purchased on a different account. If it does show in your history, you'll want to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
