Game purchased but not in library!!!

Yesterday I was bought Red Dead Redemption 1 for my Xbox 360. After downloading game not visible in library, I see this game with simbol " ! " on my HDD. Was tried everything, clean market cache, system cache. On xbox 120 GB free space, services I ON. I
think this is due my location, my xbox 360 region is UK, but now I am in Latvia (in MS region change for xbo 360 page not possible to chose Latvia....) and I can't change region because I was changed it before.

So MS take my money and I got nothing!!!!!

Need assist or money back, or redeem code with my game.

I'm not lied. I was living in Netherlands after that in UK and now in Latvia. Need wait 3 months to change region.

I know you reached out here, so you can get help. However, reaching out to the official support may help you out even further. And they may fix the issue right away.

No! I can't change it because I was changed it before when I was working in UK! And now I'm in Latvia. If you don't know: region can change 1 time every 3 months! I have my own business and I often change my living place!

It's most likely because you're in an unsupported region and lied about your location to make the purchase. This is not allowed or encouraged because it can result in issues like this or worse, And there isn't any recourse.

No! Same problem. Demo now in library but Red Dead Redemption not.
