Game purchased but not available on xbox live

I just purchased The Wither 2 on my computer using my account xbox live. The purchased is confirmed and I received the confirm by microsoft, but after I turned on my xbox 360 and the game was not on "my gams" list.

It shows still like a game to buy.

Even if I try to click on purchase, the cost is still as a new product, not 0.

In my microsoft account the game is show as bought.

I dn't know what to do. I payed but I cannot play it.

Anybody knows what to do?

Unfortunately, this game is no longer available for purchase on xbox live.

At this time, Zumba is not available for purchase through the Xbox Live Games Marketplace. You will need to purchase that game at a local retailer.

delete your xbox account and re-enter to see if that solves the problem, if the problem persists, contact the technical support call and it says

Hello Tingtingmirko,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. When you logged into your account on the website, did you see the same gamertag that you use on your 360?

If so, I would first try removing your account from the console and then redownloading it. Try downloading the game
afterwards.
