    need help. Son pre ordered new game during Christmas, For Honor. He's ready to play it now but when he clicks play it says game was refunded or cancelled. Neither of which did happen. What can be done??

    I purchase The Wolf Among Us and while it was downloading i accidently press cancelled download so i went to download it again but it cost money again so i went to my recent downloads and its there but it still costs money. i only had 5$ when i bought it
    so now i cant buy it again

    Game purchase

    you should call your bank

    Make sure the transaction wasn't blocked

    And ms is an authorized payee

    Then goto commerce.microsoft.com and see if it was blocked

    If so you need to work with the billing team

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.

    Yes, anything you purchase can be redownloaded later through your download history.
