    Hey all bought a £25 gift card yesterday redeemed the code on to my Xbox no troubles,

    Went onto Hasbro Family game night and purchased Yahtzee which went through OK and then purchased Jenga which I thought went through but it is still locked on the title page.

    Checked my Emails and both purchases are there and the money has been taken of the credits for bothgames but no game I know its only £3.39 but its the principal of it any ideas how I can get either the game or my money back.

    I purchase The Wolf Among Us and while it was downloading i accidently press cancelled download so i went to download it again but it cost money again so i went to my recent downloads and its there but it still costs money. i only had 5$ when i bought it
    so now i cant buy it again

    It doesnt show up in my download history only yahtzee is there and now battleship

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
