Game purchase impossible

Hi,

I have a Xbox one S and have a problem when i'm trying to buy a game on the xbox live.

I always have a message : SVC-Service_HydrateGet, with a long sequence of numbers and letters (differents in each try), and the time of the try.

I have tried different games, delete/add credit card, disconnect/reconnect my account, it always impossible.

I even tried on a computer with several internet-browser.

I have buy my last game without issues 2 weeks ago.

I have searched on the web, perhaps it's a corrupted account, but i don't want to create another one and loose all my purchased.

Games with gold 360 - Impossible to purchase

Hello, I cannot buy the Free Games with Gold "LEGO Star Wars : LSC", it gives me an error "impossible to purchase". But I have a correct payment method and I bought, in the same period, another 360 game from the marketplace. How can I solve this?

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

This is impossible because the game needs many keys. And not everyone will have a keyboard and mouse purchased on the Xbox. The game would have to work on the gamepad and it is impossible, so this game will not appear on the Xbox.

The price is listed that way because the content is no longer available for purchase in the marketplace. Since it's still listed in the game, the price is adjusted that way to make it impossible to purchase the content.

I have a self impossed ban on new game purchases, for the next few months. It is a game I'd like and will hopefully get in the future.

That means that content is no longer available for download from the marketplace. The pricing is set that way as a place holder because the game still shows the option to purchase the content, but with that pricing it makes it impossible to purchase.
