Game Purchase for Series X will not let me download

I have been playing COD Cold War for months but when I recently logged in it says I never purchased the game. I checked my bank statements and saw that on the date I thought I purchased it there was no charge so I paid for the game but I couldn't get past the home screen of the game. I uninstalled to try a reinstall but the game doesn't recognize my purchase so now I can't even reinstall! I am getting frustrated and just want to play! Is there something I can do to correct this?

check out xbox.com and contact support and see if they can get it straightened out

Thanks for letting me know. Kindly try doing a Network Transfer to transfer the game to your Xbox Series X and since it is optimized for Xbox Series XIS, make sure it is downloaded to your internal storage.

Again thanks. I am trying to download to my series X but it is not showing in my purchased games. It is also trying to get me to buy again on the current Xbox site.

It won’t let me click on the reset option or even use the restart option for anything. It will only allow me to uninstall the games directly. The game is the digital copy purchased from the Xbox store on the Xbox series x.
