    Game purchase, charged twice not showing on purchase history


    Hi, i tried to purchase minecraft for my daughter on Saturday 12th of september.

    She wanted the Minecraft Masters Collection £31.99, when i tried to but the game it said there was a netword error and to try again which i did but got the same message,

    so i tried to buy her the Minecraft Starter Collection £19.99 but got the same network error message

    I checked my online banking and iv been charged twice £31.99 and once £19.99 and still dont own the game, xbox supoort keep asking for the order number bit it isnt in my order history so they say they cant do anything

    Does abyone have any advice?

    Hello, no it doesn't show two charges in my purchase history, also I don't have another account that has an active subscription for Game Pass. When I check on my app that tells me my charges, it has it twice with 10.88 being removed. I could provide a photo that shows this.

    once you purchase content it should be on your gamer tag's download history so yeah you won't be charged twice

    Multiple overcharges

    It's not possible to request a refund without an order number, which I do not have. The 2 games that work do show on my account, the other 2 games, the ones I've been charged for multiple times, do not. They are not on my account, the purchase history does not show them and I cannot play them. I regret ever purchasing a series x at this point. It's really the last two charges that bother me the most, the support worker uses broken English to talk about error fixes and then charges me twice more. If this happened at a retailer in the US, that worker would be fired I imagine.

    I would ring support, and get them to check your purchase history. When they see you were charged twice, they will refund the extra.
