Next, let's try
removing the child account from your Xbox One console, power cycling, and then attempting to purchase and/or install the game.

Codes aren't sent out for this particular purchase. If you purchased the bundle you should have access to both games in your Ready To Install List. If you don't see the game in your Ready To Install list please search for it in the store and attempt to download
it there.

Did you purchase a digital or physical copy of the game? I would recommend uninstalling the "free" game that you previously had installed, restart your console and then attempt again to download the game.
