Game purchase and billing error

Hello, ".I purchased the new Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 4 Deluxe Edition yesterday. However, my card was being declined so I tried a few times. I received a notification from my bank about the purchase. I was charged for the game but I do not have it
in my console. When I go to the game, it says "buy" when it should say "Install

You should contact your bank or credit card company to confirm that the credit card is active, it has sufficient funds, and it is not being blocked for any reason.

account.microsoft.com/.../orders to verify that the purchase went through or check your contact email address to see if the charge went through and you received an email receipt. If not, you will need to contact your bank to dispute that charge.
