Game progress moving

At home we own an xbox 1 s in the living room but me and my brother argue about it so my parents are going to buy me a new xbox 1 i want to know do my game progress move to my new xbox. Eg does the save data from my GTA V game from one xbox copy to another
xbox like will i still have all the stuff on my new xbox as my old xbox or do i have to restart from the begining

You will need to reinstall the game on the new system, but all progress should be tied to your profile.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can try contacting Epic with regards to anything Fortnite related to see if they can do anything on their end though.
