    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but the game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means you will be needing to re-purchase the DLCs for the PC version. The same goes with your progress, you will be starting over.

    Well sucks to me then. It’s a great game and having to start over is not an issue it all the DLC’s.

    I definitely agree, but a lot of games require DLC to progress further through the story so it would be awesome if the DLC was included in the game pass games.
