Game profile accidentally deleted

    Hi everyone,

    I accidentally deleted the Lego Superheroes profile on the Xbox One that was saved in the cloud. Is it possible to get it back?

    I lost my Achievements

    I deleted and then redownloaded my profile and fixed everything (I also played a game accidentally beforehand). The website is not updated yet, though.

    If your game get accidentally deleted you can just redownload it.

    Once you own a digital game it becomes permanently linked to your gamer profile and can be redownloaded on any console your profile is on

    Sorry to hear it. A game save is stored on both the console and the cloud. If you have deleted both then there is no way to recover the save.

    You don't need to delete your profile to recover. You can simply recover the profile and it will keep everything intact without the risk of accidentally pressing "Delete Profile Items."
