    Game problems on Xbox 360


    I bought two games on disc version called Marvel ultimate alliance 1 & 2 however the downloadable content for these games have been removed from the Xbox 360 store. Is there anyway of getting the content back because I really want to get the characters?

    Xbox and Xbox one in the same home.

    Are you having problems with your xbox one games? Or are you referring to your 360 games not working on the xbox one, if so, THEOWENKILLER is right. Xbox 360 games will not work on the Xbox One.

    Hi, just to confirm your issue have your purchased a brand new copy of the game which includes a download code or are you trying to purchase additional content through the xbox store?

    There are usually only problems with the XBOX 360 games. I then download them from my XBOX 360 console. XBOX One games are no problem

    Why cant I play backwards compatible games on my new Xbox one X?

    Xbox one games use blu ray. Xbox 360 don't. I can play Xbox one games no problem but no Xbox 360 games. I've tried everything.

    Im not only having problems with 360 discs im having problems with every BC game even digital ones and its not just me having this problem.
