Game Preview games don't work

I downloaded Ark:Survival Evolved and a free trial of The Long Dark, both of which don't open. Is there some setting restricting me from playing them?

backward compatible games don't work and preview app

backward compatible games on my console doesn't start. it freezes at the xbox 360 title. also when I try to report the issue the preview app does not successfully open

Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One console as well as power cycling your Xbox One? Additionally, you can go to the
Preview forums and post there as well.

What exactly happens when you try to launch the game? Is it crashing/freezing or displaying an error message?

No the thing is I'm a preview member but its not working none of the games are working and none of my downloaded games don't show in my Ready to Install

Yes it's in the preview program. I've tried loading the games through the game hub still nothing. Also digital download games don't not work either

Apart from mass effect who's save games don't work and both viva piñata games have issues if you check in preview there a massive list of issues with the games
