    Game playing issues


    Hello. There has been some issues with my Xbox involving games. Everything has been going well until the past couple of weeks where if I tried to play certain games, it would ask me to sign into the person who bought the games account or ask me to buy the
    game again. This had been annoying because some games I had bought but they were on a different account for Xbox Gold reasons. Was there a setting change that we have to do so we can play? Another thing I want to bring up is that my brother found 2 copies
    of a games and when they uninstalled it, they could play but I didn't find that same issue with other games I cannot play. Please help and if there is something I have to change please respond quickly. Thanks

    Ok. So I just got an Xbox one this week. No matter how much I power cycle, I can't play one game of Titanfall without some type of crash or freeze. I am currently Reinstalling Titanlfall for the 4th time. I also can't get Dead Rising to play at all. It says
    that it took too long to start. What the hell?

    Issues playing games?

    Sounds like a console issue. Best bet is to see about returning it to where you bought it or have it sent out for a replacement.

    I'm afraid it sounds like your Xbox DVD drive may need repaired. I presume you have already tried cleaning the Game DVDs.

    Hi there,

    To add to Maxen's post - He'll want to follow the following process on the 360 to do the license transfer:

    While signed into his profile - Settings > Account > Your billing options > Select License Transfer
