Game play connection

Hi everyone. Today I couldn't connect to online game while everything else on gold was working normally. It kept signing me out. Tried to go on xbox/service alert page - says, I found a glitch. Any ideas? Thanks.

Connection and game play issues

Hey all,

I am having a weird issue. I do not know how much of this info is relevant, but am including it all, just to be safe. So, yesterday, no issues at all. Last night, pretty nice lightning storm. No obvious damage to anything, BUT: When starting my Xbox 360,
it logs me into my default account, but the main screen shows Xbox Live as not available. When checking the connection, it tests all positive. Going back to main screen, and logging back in, no issues. Start all games, but one, no issues. Start Minecraft 360
Edition, it not only freezes at the content warning page, but then tells me that I am not connected to Xbox Live. The default account IS a Live account (the one I am posting this from). While frozen at the content warning page, when I press Xbox Home, it reacts
EXTREMELY slowly, and tells me, again, about the Live issue.

Again, according to the Xbox internal diagnostics, it all checks out, and my account can be logged in to and out of. Really lost on this one. Any ideas?

Update: No signs of surges through ANY of my lines, electrical or internet.

Sorry you are having troubles connecting, there's currently a service alert which can be found here:

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

The service alert also will have an effect on match making. H

Hope this helps clear up some stuff
