    one of my 360's is in the preview program. when i go to the "my games" section some of the pics r not loading correctly. instead of having a pic of the game is just has a green and white pic that says xbox live on it. i am having the same problem in the
    market place. also, some of the games have the wrong pic on it talking something about windows 10 games. please help.

    I know right , Xbox one gamer pics suck . See all those zero point challenge/achievement things , why couldn't they reward gamer pics instead of being totally useless .

    Why does my gamerpic keep changing?

    I'm getting a different one on every page I visit. It's not just random pics either, I'm getting other people's avatar gamerpics.

    No gamercards are loading either.

    It didn't change mine right away, but this morning the right pic was there. I took the pic on the website.

    Downloading Gamer Pictures

    The only gamerpics that wont show up in your history are the ones that were preinstalled to your old HDD, pics unlocked from arcade games and pics installed from the OXM demo disc.

    For the pics unlocked from games, you simply need to play them again and they will unlock right away for you.
