Game Performance is Terrible

I am playing on the X and PUBG runs awful! I mean once again we have the prior consoles holding back the X.. i might as well sell it and get some of my money back because the fact of the matter is, it's only beneficial in single player games. As far as multiplayer
it doesn't matter if I'm on the S or X.

I was really looking forward to this, but 30fps is just unplayable, what a shame.

Anyone else disappointed?

Forza Horizon 4, slow load times and glitches?

The same here. Terrible network performance.

 

Nvidia cards and streaming.

I have a laptop and when I use my integrated card the performance is great. However, while using my Nvidia card the performance is TERRIBLE. Constant frame skips and lag.

 

I agree 100%. Lagging och looks awfull. WHY?!?!

 

Because it's a preview. I could totally understand if this game plays bad with fps drops in the complete build, but this is not yet complete.

 

If you are living on the rock for the past few months, this game is in preview mode, it means that it needs to be refined everytime players report bugs in the game. It is the same in the PC version which I have and playing. Sometimes the game is laggy or
sometimes you will get stuck on certain parts of the game. If you find a bug please report to Bluehole/PUBG game dev to have the bugs fixed out

 

I agree. I have the steam version and continually game dev are patching this up

 

That's only a preview game. Shortly within a day some other regions are added and it's still 0.5 version.

 

People have to remember this is in the early previews and only just came out, so you shouldn't expect a fully working game. It has nothing to do with the older consoles holding it back, this game still requires a lot of work, just like it did when it was
first on pc early access, so give a couple of months.

Saying that the game was ok for me yesterday and I'm playing it on the Xbox One S, the only part that looks terrible is when you're parachuting onto the island, but once you land I find the game looks ok. But I'm really addicted to this game, I love it.

Funny people mention 30/60fps because I can never really tell the difference.

When it was first on early access on the pc it was just as bad performance wise, and even now it's still not perfect, so maybe give it time. This game is probably a year off to be fully complete, so it's too early to complain.

 

while there are some bugs in the game itself I do think it plays relatively well all things considered. Also, gotta remember that it’s a game preview, not a fully released game so we should expect some kinks before the finished product.

Sorry you feel this way. I am in fact very happy with my X. PUBG is in early preview. Alpha so its very early on in the development stages so will only get better in time. The game is not a finished product and does no way show the true Xbox X power.
