Game pass

Hello everyone.

Some time ago I contacted Microsoft support right after seeing the E3 and creating an account for the Gaming pass.

When I was in the chat I spoke to 2 people from Microsoft about the announcement of Halo being part of the game pass.

I contacted them through chat because I was unable to find Halo there apart from Halo Wars.

I figured this was the Xbox version of Halo master-chief collection since the PC version is still in development.

2 different people from support knew nothing about that and I had to share my E3 link of youtube with them as evidence as well as a couple of screenshots because they apparently were not allowed to watch youtube.

The last support guy told me he would email me about it as soon as he heard more about this.

He confirmed that the announcement was correct and he would contact a developer about this.

Soon my first month of 1 euro is going to end and to be honest the only reason I took the game pass was just for Halo but since I can't find it on there I haven't really played anything (most games I already own on Steam)

Considering I haven't heard anything yet and the chat seems to be closed the only way I can contact them is through this public forum.

To be honest I don't like posting these kind questions publicly I would much rather prefer through chat or through Email/ticket but I am unable to find the ways to do this, if anyone knows of a ticket system or mail address please let me know.

So here is hoping the person I spoke to reads this and sends me an email, like I mentioned in my chat please use my Gmail addresses and not my other address since that isn't used any more.

Unfortunately I do not have the ticket number or a transcript from those chats, apparently those aren't send automagically when ending the chat.
