I bought the game pass on 14.06.2018 at a discount of Microsoft for 30 rubles. and already in a day 15.06.2018 I have a request to withdraw from the card 599 rubles. I want to disable auto-subscription, and untie the bank card from the account, but not get. What
is the problem?

As far as I'm aware this is only available to Insiders who are in the Alpha Ring and is slated to end testing on the 26th of April. It's best to reach out on the

Hi, to cancel auto renew, log in on account.microsoft.com then goto services & subscriptions, scroll down to game pass, then select payment & billing under it, and then select cancel.
