As far as I'm aware this is only available to Insiders who are in the Alpha Ring and is slated to end testing on the 26th of April. It's best to reach out on the

Xbox One insider program forums for the full details though. Windows Central is not an official Microsoft website nor official source for Xbox news, so you'll want to keep that in mind as well. The best place for Xbox news is the Xbox Wire and the best
