GAME PASS Xbox (beta) app sign in failure, any solutions?

Okay so I did what I could here with what knowledge I have and still no solution

These are the points I addressed:

• Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App). = Just updated, no change
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager) = had all four xbox processes, idk what other 2 gaming services there are? Please tell me their names
• Check also if the same user (email) is assigned at "Settings/Accout/Your Info" = I am unable to sign in without the app getting weird
• If this all fails "Try it with a clean boot"= I removed every background process, still having issues...

I do not have the knowledge or time currently to try other solutions, I have spent a total of 5 hours scouring for answers, and I am no farther than when I first started. I have to sleep now, I will be able to respond in roughly 14 hours if there is a development.

sorry to hear. Here some advice to solve your problem:

• Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App).
  
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
• Check also if the same user (email) is assigned at "Settings/Accout/Your Info"
• De-install all of the XBOX Apps - Try "AppDiagnostic" to repair the Store and reboot - then reinstall the XBOX
  Apps and reeboot - and check again if updates pending
• Check your hard disk via scandisk and chkdsk /r.
• Try to use another DNS (for example goggle/opendns)
• Reset your Modem & Router by switching OFF and ON
• If this all fails "Try it with a clean boot"

Read also this "App FAQ" and please test after every step if the app now working!

Hi again, thanks for keeping us informed and I fully understand that it can be frustrating and that some answers can be misunderstood because not every user has the same know-how.

The 2 gaming service are named so!! If they are not displayed in your taskmanager/services, try this:

• Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
• In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”
• Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.

A missunderstanding is "Check also if the same user (email) is assigned at "Settings/Accout/Your Info":

• Make sure your Computer Login is the same as your XBOX-Account!
  Select the Start button, then select Settings/Accounts/Your Info/ there should be the same email as your XBOX account!
