Game Pass Wont Work On PC

I pay the $14.99 for game pass ultimate. The game pass works fine on my console, but I'm trying to play some games on my pc. I am signed in with the same account, but its not registering that im signed up for game pass. It keeps sending me to join. Like i said i pay for game pass ultimate so i should get it om console, pc, and mobile right? Thanks in Advance

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and then check your subscription if it's active from there? Once confirmed, sign out on your Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in.

Make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the subscription is active.

Yes it makes a difference. It looks like you bought the console version of the access pass, hence why you cannot play the two exlusive bonus maps. You need to request a refund for the dlc, as it wont work on the PC. You need the PC version of the access pass.

You might have to purchase the access pass in game instead of the Microsoft Store.

Yes, though pc games wont work of cause and if any of them are installed from windows 10 live. Xbox pass, it might show, but it will ask to reinstall. So be careful, make sure you know whats installed. All steam or origin ubisoft games wont show.
