    Game pass won’t renew


    I had game pass umtimate and saw it was running out, so i went and bought a xbox gift card with enough to last me a while. But it wont renew with my microsoft money in my account and i dont have another way to pay . How can i get it to use my accounts money?

    Gift cards for dollar amounts cannot be used to purchase subscriptions. The subscription gift card for a specific period of time must be used.

    Refund for Game Pass + How to cancel subscription/turn off auto-renewal & recurring billing.

    To cancel auto-renewal you need to go too the xbox website then go too payment and billing find Xbox game pass then turn off auto renewal on the game pass

    then it should cancel your auto renewal.

    Just to update that I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but the problem is still there...that’s weird. I went into app settings and tried ‘repair’ and ‘reset’ options but no change.

    Safe the say I won’t be renewing the Ultimate Pass. Just don’t have time for this, I might come back when things have settled down. Good luck to the people trying Xbox for PC beta right now.
