Thanks for the reply.

May we ask for a screenshot of the Xbox app from Play Store and Samsung Galaxy app with the error Install To? I recall this Install To message only happens when you are on a browser/device that is not installable to this app, or device that is not yet added to Google Services or else this could be an incompatibility issue.

Additionally, please let us know the build and OS version (Android 12 or 13) of your Samsung A13.

Thank you for the screenshots you have shown to us. Here is a thing, you may not be able to install an Xbox Game Pass games if this is not available to the gaming platform you are using. Let say, if you would be searching for Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition on Xbox website, you will see that this game is available only for the platforms:

Based on the link, the game Forza Horizon 5 from Xbox does not mention Android nor iOS as the platforms they are playable with. For the reason that any game developer has choice where to release a version of the game. Install to here means you need to connect Xbox app for mobile to an Xbox Console then remotely install the game into that device.

If you are looking for games playable on mobile, you may need to explore other interesting games like Bejeweled 3 | Xbox (if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC - those subscription include EA Play), Minecraft (may require purchase), Microsoft Casual games like Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Sudoku, etc., Again, release of the game's mobile version will depend on every game developer.
