    not an installation problem it wont let me add other game pass games to the account

    Regarding this matter, I would suggest to uninstall the Xbox App from your PC and reinstall after and reboot your PC. Then try to add new games to your library. Also make sure you are logged into the correct account that has the pass subscription.

    Game Pass is like Netflix for games. It allows you to have access to a library of games to play.

    Thats correct. The game being a part of the game pass and you subscription to game pass is what gives you the license to play the games once the game leaves the game pass library or you cancel the game pass subscription you wont be able to play it.

    No, no other EA Play games will allow me to download them. The EA Desktop app wont show that I have Game Pass.
