Game pass will not launch games

For around a week now I've been having nothing but issues with game pass. I tried to play Forza horizon 4 and it just launched up a jpeg image and never started the game no matter what fix I tried. A few days later I download Horizon 5 just for it to also not start at all and give me an error saying I don't have access to the game on my account. Thinking my sub ran out I bought a new one and still nothing. I signed in and out and restarted my pc both multiple times and still got the exact same error or nothing would happen at all. Since then I was able to get Two Point Hospital to run one time and Halo infinite one time. Any other time I've started halo its completely crashed my pc and now nothing else will launch again. I've been trying to play Wreckfest for several hours and keep having the same issues as before.

I just repeatedly get the (Wreckfest is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001) error.

Microsofts official answers are completely worthless help wise as I own a subscription and the game is 100% available on game pass.

I've tried to go to the official Xbox support for help but the website wont even load. This is far from the first time I've had issues with game pass and it's obvious Microsoft doesn't care about fixing them at all. What do I need to do so I can actually play the games I'm paying a subscription for?

into Game Pass at launch, starting with Sea of Thieves.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC

it's not microsoft that decides completely what games are on the game pass at launch, it's the developer that has to decide whether to put a game on game pass or not.

Sorry you been experiencing these issues, there are work arounds that may help.

Simply try to load the game from your hard drive by searching for the game through the storage. For example find where it is install and launch that way, which may resolve the issue. As the apps have currently got issues with loading games.

The problem with that is when I try to access the folder from my D Drive and by just clicking on the folder Windows App there's the following pop up :

No matter what it s impossible to access the game folder.
