GAME PASS WENT TO RANDOM ACCOUNT

You have to find out which account was signed in to the store when you made the purchase. That is where the subscription went. Once you find the account, you can go through it's purchase history to try and refund the subscription in order to purchase it with the correct account.

No luck. I performed the hard reset by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. The power went out completely. Then removed the power cable for 10 minutes.

Then, booted up the console -> logged into my girlfriend's account -> Games -> Full library -> Xbox Game Pass (shows as available offers) -> Selected a random game and instead of install i had the prompt to join game pass.

I've also tried removing my account as home console and setting it back again. No luck.

so it still dose it just random crash the steam games play fine but game pass games random crash

Unfortunately unless you can pass pii you cant

Promotions are typically sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There's no way to know why one account receives a certain promotion and another doesn't.

The recent game pass promotions have also been for new users. So if you've used game pass before, you would not receive the same promotion.
