    Assinei o game pass ultimate mais com 10 dias eu cancelei por nao estar jogando os jogos... Ai quando fuo cancelar vi que o live gold tinha cancelado quando assinei o game pass. Quer dizer que vou perder os 6 meses restantes que eu tinha no live gold?

    As per the aggrreement you signed when doing The one time upgrade you shouldve turned off autorenewal and wait it out

    Since it wpuldve only been 1 dollar at most

    Canceling it only returns theb upgrade cost of 1 dollaf assuming thats thr deal you clicked on

    As per the aggreement you forfeit the upgraded time

    Did you not read the cancelation screen ?

    Hello there sorry for the inconvenience if you're sharing from you're dad Xbox you will have to buy it from his account to get the deal. Since that is that account is the one with ultimate on it

    Hello Marcin, if you bought the regular Game Pass right after you bought the Ultmate Game Pass, the system automatically turned your regular Game Pass into Ultimate, so now they're one.

    In the case to request a refund would be the Ultimate Game Pass, and if approved you will be without your Ultimate.

    You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

    There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

    This could take up to 72 hours.
