    Game Pass Ultimate


    1. I recently subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate and while on my PC on the XBOX app my subscription does not show up as the Ultimate. When I check it on the Microsoft website it does show that I am subscribed to Ultimate. Also on my console I can find the
    EA games however on the PC they are not available at all. I have tried to remove the app from my PC and start fresh and that did not seem to work either.

    2. I have downloaded a few different games and when I try to open them I am met with an error and a message that states the game I am looking for does not exist. I have scoured the previously asked questions and seem to have no luck in finding anything.

    Any help with either of these issues would be greatly appreciated. If I cannot figure out how to make the games work on my PC or how to find all the games that are included in the Ultimate pass I will have to cancel my subscription.

    Did you add Game Pass Ultimate to Game Pass Ultimate or did you add Gold or standard Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate?

    Xbox Gold conversion

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    There is only Game Pass Ultimate not a Game Pass Ultimate for PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC so you don't have to buy them all individually.

    There's not a separate list of Game Pass games for Ultimate. If they're in Game Pass for PC, then they're in Ultimate. If they're in Game Pass for console, they're in Ultimate. But Minecraft is not available through Game Pass for PC, only console.

    Xbox Live Gold/Game Pass

    It depends on if you bought Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate. Regular Game Pass would be separate from Gold. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold. So if you buy Ultimate while already having Gold, your Gold is converted to Ultimate.
