    Hi,

    Wanted to confim if upgrading from Live Gold to Game Pass ultimate converts the pre-paid balance 1:1 when doing it the first time, or does it apply the reduced conversion table?

    The FAQs on Game Pass Ultimate page says:

    When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass for Console or PC toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months.

    But on another FAQ page on the Ultimate Upgrade, it mentions using conversion table?

    What happens to Xbox live gold when upgrading to game pass ultimate?

    When you upgrade from standard Gold/Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate, you upgrade at a ratio of 1:1.

    The 3:1 conversion ratio is what happens when you already have Ultimate and are adding standard Gold/Game Pass to Ultimate.

    That means your gold was upgraded to Ultimate (Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Xbox, and Game Pass for PC)
