Game pass ultimate, sub good but can't play cause sub expired???

I'm a bit unpleased with getting 3 months for a buck when I only get to play 10 days then it says my sub has expired when I try an play a game on gamepass, my sub says it's good til 4/1/2020. Microsoft you got my e-mail contact me with a live human being,
tired of the run around with the automated POS system y'all have in place it rarely helps if ever.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, if you wanted to talk to someone regarding your account, you would need to use the Xbox Support website to get in touch.

I would also say try the following :

1. Remove your profile from the console

2. Power cycle/ reset your console

3. Add your profile and sign in.

I've had a problem like this before, sometimes its important to make sure you're signed in on the xbox with the xbox account to which the subscription is attributed to.

I'm not sure if this is actually required or something wrong with the system. However, I hope you find a solution!

Hi! it should be 2€ for 2 months. About the expiration date, did you subscribe to game pass or game pass ultimate? Because if you subscribed to Ultimate and have a gold sub, it will merge the two, thus making it expire
in 2020.
