Game Pass Ultimate renewal charged 1 week before expiration

The $1 charge is only for the first month. Once it's time for you to renew, you'll be charged the regular price. If you already have gold (and game pass) it will converted to the ultimate subscription. The Ultimate Game Pass includes gold, Xbox Game Pass,
and PC Game Pass. The upside is that you only have 1 subscription for all 3.

I have ultimate game pass and have been playing wolfenstien and GTA but both wont play and are asking me to sign in or buy the game. Ive signed in and that doesnt work, how long can you play games for before they expire please? also do you get the game
cheaper with a ultimate game pass?

The ultimate pass doesnt expire till the 24 of may and then its on auto renew anyways ...

Yes, it is true. a lot of people did it! Let me explain. If you have 24 months live you will get 25 moths ultimate and if you turn your auto-renew on You will get one additional month. So, anyway, your subscription on Game pass Ultimate will expire in
25 months and you don't need to pay anything until then. If you leave auto-renew on you will be automatically charged for one month ultimate after your 25 months. But if you (after upgrade) set your auto-renew off, the subscription will just expire. And then
you will see what is the next best option. Go on and do it! So the thing works like this: all your live plus game pass ultimate equals
ALL game pass ultimate.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and turn off recurring billing/auto renew on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription before you get a Past Due Balance on your
account.

if you get a Past Due Balance you will need to pay that off before you can get Live Gold or Game Pass.

wait till the Ultimate Game Pass Expires before getting Gold or it will convert to Ultimate Game Pass

Just to add more info, go and check the Game Pass FAQS (at the bottom of that page) and you will find the conversion ratio between Gold and Ultimate.
12 months of Gold = 4 months of ultimate. Then add that to the promo code you have.

The system will also tell you before you switch to Ultimate the date when your Ultimate subscription expires. Just remember to cancel your Game Pass Ultimate subscription to avoid charges and auto-renew, in case to want to just swatch to Gold.
