Game pass ultimate promotion not available.

So basically I wanted to get the promotion, but it isn't available for me. I have contacted Xbox support twice, and still haven't gotten an answer. I have bought gold and game pass before, but the promotion says that it can convert it. Just want an answer
as to why I can't get it.

The ability to upgrade up to 3 years is always available if you're going from standard gold or game pass to Ultimate. You would have to check to see if the $1 promotion is available on your account. That promotion is only available for new subscribers.

Yes, it will automatically upgrade the Gold to Ultimate. The $1 promotion is only available for the new subscribers. If I remember correctly, the $5 promotion was only for Game Pass for PC, not for Game Pass Ultimate, so if you haven't hadn't Ultimate before, you may be eligible for the $1 promotion. But the system will show you how much you would be charged when you start to make the purchase. If you're not eligible, it'll show you the $14.99 price.

They're referring to the option to receive a Game Pass Ultimate trial by purchasing Discord Nitro. That promotion ends on May 25. Otherwise, codes will still be available.

The promo is for new subscription, if you had Game Pass in the past, you are not eligible for this promo, sorry.
