Game Pass Ultimate perks not applying to my account

Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing an issue with the Game Pass Ultimate perks not applying to my account. Despite having an active subscription, I haven't been able to access the perks that come along with it. I’ve tried logging out and back in, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just to confirm, you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account? If so, since you just subscribed to it, please wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to show you available perks on your account.

Please note that as per their terms "number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply."

Hi Patrick!

When was the last time you were able to see and claim game pass perks using your account?

Be sure to check your account subscription on https://account.microsoft.com/services if it's currently active and if you have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Try checking your perks as well using the Xbox app on mobile or Xbox app on Windows if you're able to see your perks there.

Oh i forgot, so i am a parent and under my account since i don't have any restrictions then it does allow it but I'm unable to do it on my childs account. To be clear the gift is available on both accounts separately

I'm honestly not sure because to my knowledge there hasn't been a "perk" for Forza Horizon 4 from Game Pass Ultimate.

That's right, it is only available to you. these perks are for the account that game pass ultimate is purchased on.
