Game Pass Ultimate payment is stuck on pending

Discus and support Game Pass Ultimate payment is stuck on pending in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I see the charge in my Credit Card bill, however in the subscription page it shows as pending.     Game Pass Ultimate payment is stuck on pending


    I see the charge in my Credit Card bill, however in the subscription page it shows as pending. Since morning can't play online nor access game pass (till yesterday , Oct 9th, everything was fine).

    The charge was on Oct 3rd. In addition Microsoft's website errors on changes I'm trying to make (e.g. change the payment method).

    No support person to call or talk to for several hours here (GMT+2).
