    Game Pass Ultimate offer, offered but not honored


    Why, when I get an email offering me game pass ultimate, PC or Xbox for £1 for the first month and the same day I click through the link and thge offer is shown in the browser, great, click through again to buy and the offer vanishes!!....

    What actual [mod removed] are you guy laying at?

    Interesting , but no I have not. and if the system was smart/connected enough to link a previous entitlement after clicking through then why would the offer be sent out from the database to my account, this again smacks of lax planning or simplistic systems
    design, not things we expect from a software company the size of Microsoft.

    sometimes the offer is for first purchase or only purchase by credit card, you should read the small letters of advertising

    Have you had gamespass ultimate previously which expired or you cancelled it ? I'm pretty sure the offer is for new subscribers only.
