    Hi everyone,

    I'm having an issue with my Xbox Series X where my Game Pass Ultimate subscription doesn't seem to be syncing properly. Despite having an active subscription, I can't access the Game Pass library on my console. I've already tried restarting the console and signing out of my account, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

    Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

    I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can be used on Xbox One, Windows 10, Android (Cloud Gaming) & Xbox Series X|S The subscription is tied to your account, not the console.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    Reset and keep my games & apps."

    Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks.
