    Game Pass Ultimate not showing up in Xbox App


    Hello everyone,

    Yesterday I bought the Game Pass Ultimate that was available so I can have a look at the games and perks that are available. I installed the Xbox App on my computer, and whenever i login it looks as if the subscription hasn't synced u with the account or
    something like that (because the game pass tab isn't showing up).

    I honestly have tried to contact support yesterday but it didn't really seem to go anywhere. I have tried all the below methods:

    - Repair function found @ Windows Settings > Apps & Features > Xbox App

    - Reset function found @ Windows Settings > Apps & Features > Xbox App

    - Re-installed the Xbox App.

    - Attempted to clear Microsoft Store Cache using - wsreset.exe



    - Attempted to clear cache for other apps using - wmic useraccount get name,sid (to check current user account)

    then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore

    and deleted account noted by sid.

    I have also confirmed with support that the subscription exists and is active. Nothing from the above methods or anything really helped. If any of you would like to suggest me anything that could help, please feel free to share.

    Archievement stuck on 0/0 for some games (PC games)

    It doesn't show up in the xbox app (i was using Game pass ultimate app).

    I guess that it isn't compatible, unfortunately.

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

    Check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com and it will show of you have Ultimate or standard. Even with Ultimate, the Xbox app will sometimes just show that you have standard Game Pass for PC.

    The second picture actually shows that you own both Xbox game pass for PC and Xbox game pass ultimate because the Xbox game pass ultimate includes Xbox game pass for PC so there's nothing to worry about there.

    Why can't I play games online? Even though I have ultimate game pass which includes Xbox live?

    For the Xbox Game Pass just to clarify, is it showing as active and does it show on your end if it is the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or is it a different one?

    The one that has Xbox live should be the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate just in case a different subscription is showing.
