Game Pass Ultimate not applying discount to in-game purchases

Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing an issue where my Game Pass Ultimate membership isn't applying the expected discount to in-game purchases. I've double-checked that my membership is active and all payments are up to date, but whenever I try to buy something in-game that should have a discount, I end up paying full price.

Is there anyone else facing this problem, or does anyone know a possible solution? I've tried reaching out to support, but I haven't heard back yet. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I've nevwr never seen anything that says Ultimate gives discounts for in-game purchases. The discounts would only be for games and add-ons in the Xbox store.

Game Pass Ultimate doesn't give discounts on in-game purchases. Just games and add-ons in the Xbox store.

Yes this is exactly what I wanted to ask my second question was does the discount applies to game pass core or only for game pass ultimate? I mean the discount on hello neighbor 2 this is the one that interest me

No. Discounts for Gold subscriptions and Game Pass would only apply to the account that purchases the subscription.

Hello Max,

Currently, the Deluxe Edition of the game has the Game Pass discount.

It applies to both Game Pass Core and Game Pass Ultimate.
